Our team brings multidisciplinary expertise in architecture, design, development, and implementation of mission-critical enterprise systems and cloud solutions. With decades of experience developing sophisticated software for electrical and oil & gas utilities, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, HR departments, and IT infrastructure across organizations worldwide, we've built a team that combines senior technical knowledge with practical implementation skills to deliver complex systems tailored to each industry's unique requirements.

Fortunately, despite their different personalities—or perhaps because of them—they successfully balance bold innovation with proven strategies, discipline with ease, and structure with creative freedom.

Co-founder and CEO of CheckITLabs, Inc., with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and building enterprise system platforms, including mission critical systems around the globe. As CEO, Sava answers a never-ending stream of questions every day—and still manages to turnnew ideasinto achievable, successful projects.

Srdan Perovic

CTO

Co-founder and CTO of CheckIT Labs, Inc., with over 17 years of experience in software development architecture for complex projects in utilities, healthcare, education, and other industries. As CTO, he tends to the team’s overly enthusiastic estimates, uncertainties, and occasional personal struggles—keeping everything (and everyone) focused on a shared goal and motivated to do what they do best.

Expertise

One thing that keeps our team together is our endless enthusiasm for what we do. The tricky part is that we sometimes get carried away with too many things we want to achieve all at once.

That’s why we love our brainstorming sessions where we can unleash our energy and ideas, while someone (usually Sava or Srdjan) grounds us in a clear, strategic approach.

Approach

We pick up a lot from handbooks as we grow professionally. But empathy and imaginative problem-solving come naturally to everyone at our team. And even if we get a bit too imaginative with things that could go wrong with a project, it turns out to be a good problem to have.

For, we always end up with the simplest possible solution to address real problems even ifthey’renot there yet.

Mindset

We’renot always formal, but we take business seriously. We value environments where we can openly share ideas, raise concerns, and understand each other’s point of view.
